1 Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sagisagph platform — including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and services available at sagisagph.click ("Platform"). sagisagph is operated by a licensed entity registered and authorised to provide online gaming services in the Philippines.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the sagisagph Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. Your acceptance is legally binding from the moment you complete registration.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between this document and any other communication from sagisagph, these Terms take precedence.
2 Eligibility
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use sagisagph. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations, and it is not negotiable. sagisagph verifies age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process that is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. If at any point sagisagph determines that a registered user is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be halted, and any deposits will be returned minus any bonuses claimed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
sagisagph is operated for players located in the Philippines. Registering from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited under local law is not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of sagisagph complies with the laws applicable to you based on your location.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active sagisagph account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, sagisagph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any related bonuses, and restrict winnings from those accounts pending investigation. The original account may be reinstated at sagisagph's discretion after review.
sagisagph's registration bonus is available to eligible new players across the Philippines — full eligibility and wagering conditions are detailed in Section 6.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Accurate Information Required
When registering at sagisagph, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. sagisagph may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided.
3.2 KYC Verification
Before sagisagph processes any withdrawal request, your account must pass KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, SSS card, GSIS ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID) and a recent proof of address. Document submission is done securely through the account portal.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sagisagph login credentials. You should not share your password with any other person. sagisagph will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact sagisagph support immediately at support@sagisagph.click.
3.4 Account Currency
All sagisagph accounts are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are expressed and processed in PHP. sagisagph does not support multi-currency accounts.
4 Deposits & Payments

4.2 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must originate from payment accounts or cards held in your own name. sagisagph does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts may be refunded and the associated sagisagph account may be suspended pending investigation.
Important: sagisagph does not charge fees on deposits from GCash or Maya. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside sagisagph's control.
5 Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Requirements
To process a withdrawal from your sagisagph wallet, your account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
5.2 Processing Times
sagisagph aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes after internal approval:
- GCash and Maya: within 30 minutes
- GrabPay and Coins.ph: within 2 hours
- InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers: same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days depending on issuing bank
5.3 Withdrawal Verification
sagisagph reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts that show unusual activity patterns. This is a standard security and anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
sagisagph offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. The following general terms apply to all sagisagph bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a sagisagph account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each specific bonus is stated on the promotion page. For sports betting wagering requirements, qualifying bets must have minimum odds of 1.50. For slot games, all bets count 100% toward wagering completion. For card games including Pusoy, bets count 10% toward wagering completion.
6.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds expire if the associated wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your sagisagph account, unless the specific promotion states a different timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without notice.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
sagisagph monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing contradictory bets across multiple accounts to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, systematic exploitation of sign-up offers through multiple registrations, and wagering patterns that demonstrate intent to abuse rather than genuine gaming. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses voided and related winnings forfeited.
Good to know: If a bonus isn't right for you, you can opt out of any promotion before making a qualifying deposit by contacting sagisagph support. You can also choose to deposit without activating a bonus at any time.
7 Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Placement
All bets placed on sagisagph are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the bet details — event, selection, odds, and stake — before confirming any wager. sagisagph is not liable for bets placed in error, including incorrect stake amounts or unintended selections, provided the odds displayed were accurate at the time of placement.
7.2 Odds and Void Bets
sagisagph displays decimal odds. Displayed odds are accurate at the time a bet slip is loaded but may change before confirmation is submitted due to market movements. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned without a result, all bets relating to that event will be voided and stakes returned in full to the player's sagisagph wallet.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
The minimum bet at sagisagph is ₱50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event, and are displayed on the relevant bet slip. sagisagph reserves the right to adjust maximum limits on individual accounts or events based on risk assessment without prior notice.
7.4 Live Betting
Live in-play bets at sagisagph are accepted subject to normal platform processing. In rare cases, technical delays in data feeds may cause a brief delay between on-field events and live odds updates. sagisagph will not void bets solely on the basis of odds having moved in the period between bet placement and confirmation, provided the odds were live and active at the time of submission.
8 Game Rules
Each game category at sagisagph — including JILI Slots, Pusoy, Bingo, and live casino games — operates under specific game rules that are available on the individual game page. Where game rules conflict with these Terms, the specific game rules take precedence for game-related matters, while these Terms govern account, payment, and platform-level matters.
All slot games available at sagisagph use independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return to player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published on each game's information page. RTP is a statistical measure over millions of spins and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
For card games including Pusoy and Pusoy Dos, sagisagph facilitates peer-to-peer play between real registered players. sagisagph does not participate as a player and does not have any mechanism to influence game outcomes. sagisagph takes a commission on pot-based games as disclosed on the relevant game page.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at sagisagph and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false personal information or identity documents during registration or KYC
- Registering or operating more than one sagisagph account
- Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of card game rounds
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or money laundering through the sagisagph Platform
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing sagisagph staff or other players
- Accessing sagisagph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law
10 Account Suspension & Termination
sagisagph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued operation of the account would expose sagisagph or other players to harm.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, sagisagph will notify the player by email and provide a reasonable timeframe for the player to respond with any relevant information. Verified account balances will not be forfeited without clear evidence of a Terms violation.
You may close your sagisagph account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being in place. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
11 Responsible Gaming
sagisagph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting support:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases take 24 hours to take effect; decreases are immediate.
- Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
- Session Time Reminders: Set automatic reminders at any interval to prompt review of your session duration.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 months. Cannot be reversed during the active period.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from sagisagph for a minimum of 12 months. This cannot be undone by the player during the active exclusion period.

12 Privacy & Data
sagisagph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the sagisagph Platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.
sagisagph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law. All data transmissions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.
13 Intellectual Property
All content on the sagisagph Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the property of sagisagph or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any sagisagph content without express written permission.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, sagisagph's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sagisagph is not liable for: indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform; losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain security; or temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside sagisagph's control.
Gaming involves financial risk. By placing bets or wagering at sagisagph, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager and that sagisagph is not responsible for those losses provided the games and betting markets were operating correctly.
15 Amendments to These Terms
sagisagph may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sagisagph will notify registered players by email and post a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of sagisagph after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not accept an amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect. Any deposits remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned subject to standard KYC requirements.
16 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through sagisagph's internal complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
sagisagph operates under a valid Philippine gaming licence. Regulatory oversight of sagisagph's gaming operations is exercised by the applicable Philippine regulatory authority.
